Top-ups & Refunds

Top-ups are processed by Stripe and credited after payment confirmation. A checkout session can be credited only once. If a charge succeeds but credit does not appear, contact us through the Copyright & Takedown page with the payment time, amount and Stripe receipt reference for reconciliation.

Unused purchased credit may be requested back to the original payment method within 14 days. Consumed usage and signup promotional credit are non-refundable. Processor fees and currency differences follow Stripe's actual handling.
